HORRIBLE experience. I had to call and email multiple people to get in touch with someone. It took them over two weeks to respond to me. The lack of communication was insane! One lady literally never responded to my email. Also, they charged my account without warning, without telling me, and without explaining what it was for. RUN AWAY!!!

I have had the worst experience with this company! Please do your research and go elsewhere. I am currently looking for a new firm to handle our companies payroll and thankful I did not buy in to further services. It is a Friday after 5pm and my employees ONCE again had to stand and wait for me to write personal checks because the courier did not show with paychecks (happened multiple times now). If you call you hold for in excess of an hour and most likely get someone working from home who can not help you. I cant get away fast enough from this company!

Any issue will take many, many, calls to solve and will be solved incorrectly. Like the other reviews our payroll was submitted twice. That wasn't the main issue, accidents happen. The issue was that the situation was handled in a very sloppy manner. 3 employees were voided twice and did not get paid on time. It was impossible to connect with someone. I am actively searching for another payroll company to recommend my employer to switch over to. I have worked with Paychex for over a year now and have overall been unhappy with the lack of customer care.

My employer switched to paycheck over 2 years ago and this company is pitiful. Nothing but problems and unaswered questions. The reps on the phone have little to no knowledge of what their company even does for ours. When asked basic questions about our account they always have to refer to someone else. It's like they have interns talking to all the customers while the higher ups take advantage of the degree of separation this causes. 0/10 would not recommend. We are going to be taking our business elsewhere VERY shortly.

We've been trying to migrate our 401k plan from Paychex to our new provider for MONTHS, and every time we submit documents, it seems to get pushed out or something else has to be done. Meanwhile they are charging us $175/month while they give us the runaround. Terrible service, terrible experience.
