Would give five stars but ...they REALLY need to get some private rooms or areas to discuss patient outcomes with family members.

Had surgery here , the receptionist, nurses, cna , anesthesiologist, CRNA, and Dr McKee were fantastic. They did a follow up call with me the next day. Very happy with my care.

Great experience, my daughter had her tonsils and adenoids removed yesterday. Every staff member was warm and welcoming to a 4 year old that was fearful of surgery. They took their time to ensure she was comfortable and never alone. They answered all questions that we had and helped us get her home quickly and effortlessly. Dr. Silver was there for our 7:30AM surgery time and made sure to call at 8:30PM that evening to check on her. Procedure could not have gone better!

Prime example of a private equity owned facility that only cares about $$$. I wish I could give a positive review because the doctors are great, but the surgery center has the least patient friendly policies Ive ever encountered. They called me 2 weeks before surgery and demanded I pay in advance for their cost estimate which was way higher than what my insurance quoted. They said they will refund me for what they overcharged me after the surgery and after they go through my insurance! So basically, they want to borrow my money for several weeks without interest. If they cared about patients, they would bill AFTER the surgery and after the insurance processes, like every other healthcare provider in this country. I wont be recommending this surgery center to anyone. It still remains to be seen if Im able to get a refund for what I overpaid.

I have no complaints! We were there for pediatric care, arrived on time, receptionist was courteous and quick and accurate with check in. The Dr. Levine and all the nurses were so polite, and communication was 10/10. Thank you!! Also day after surgery, they called to check on my littles, very pleased!
