Kingswood is a fantastic apartment complex with an especially great environment. There's a trail nearby that's perfect for hiking. Plus, it's very close to UNC, with just about an 8-minute bus ride away. However, the best aspect here is the staff at the leasing office, particularly Ian. Whenever we have any issues, I go to him, and he always resolves them with patience and efficiency. We're truly thankful for his help! Sometimes, the property also organizes events where they provide free food, which is always delicious! My roommate and I are both foreigners, but this place has given us the warmth of home.

The rolling, wooded grounds feature basketball and tennis courts, plus a sparkling swimming pool with free Wi-Fi.
