Autopro Collision Chandler

Car accident (not my fault) totalled my car. These guys were on top of everything from the towing to their shop to what to expect from the insurance company and everything in between. I was given their name by a referral from an auto parts place as, "the best body shop" in town and to ask for, "Linda or Steve." I got Linda and she was a huge blessing through the whole process. Unfortunately my car was beyond repair so I didn't have the pleasure of them actually doing the work, but I know from the experience I had that they would have done an excellent job. I won't hesitate to go here in the future.

This shop closed their doors permanently and another shop is there. The one star doesn't mean anything, I just couldn't post anything without giving it a star. I'm sure they were fine, no experience with them. I just wanted to let others know.

The front office was always pleasant. I had planned to leave my car at the gate and use the night drop, but one of the technicians saw me after they had already closed, came all the way across the lot, opened the gate, and took my car in so it didn't have to sit overnight. Kat was very knowledgeable, friendly, and great to work with. She advocated for me with my insurance company and actually saved me $500! Jason kept me informed of the progress. There was a one day delay because of the special process needed to to correct a wheel. Jason informed me and gave me the rationale. I received my car back cleaner than when I dropped it off and it looks like new again. It is very apparent that everyone takes pride and ownership in their work. Hope I don't ever have to go back there...but if I need repairs I definitely would!

I'm sure everybody knows by now they went out of business less than 6 weeks after repairing my car.
