Njoy Nails

Went in with own color hubby brought me for a specific dress and occasion. I was told to get gel pedicure it's only a few $ more, but charged me gel anyways? I didn't care about the $ as I've always done gel just not today. (My penalty for bringing my own bottle 1 time in a year) I do get gel usually, just not today! Same for my hands... why not get gel only few $ more I was asked. Wanted to just make hubby happy. I used to tip even double when my nails looked outstanding. Not anymore. I feel harassed to have to spend more. Tip is a privilege people!! understand that! Now you lost me, making over $100 X2 or x3 a month with your persistance... and I did not leave a tip yesterday either. They need to listen to what the customers needs, not expect the customer to do what NJoy says because it's more $ to them. Wrip offs. My daughter went and they over charged so much it was insane. For a fill-70 dollars. I called and asked why and she changed they price 2 times then stated they charged 5 extra for length (she went shorter) 5 for nail fix (that I agree) 15 dollars for French tip and 47 for the fill! So incredibly insane !!! Never again

Im not rating this place a one for its service but this is the 2nd time I have gone there it is over priced but I have never have had more trouble removing my nails before I had the nails on for a month and I couldnt remove the I had to go somewhere to get them removed and they even had a hard time and my natural nails and so bad now. Im not sure what they are using but I would definitely be careful before going here.
