Walk in the store the guy at the desk was busy on the computer. No greeting. so I say hi and ask where are the dining room table location and he replies they are scattered throughout. Tried to make eye contact a few times, but his eyes never left the computer walked around about 10 minutes sat in a few chairs. Walk passed him and left the store, he said nothing.
Had some nice pieces but I wont return.

Renting out damaged furniture, including a chest with a large hole in the back. Dangerous with staples and nails coming out of the furniture. We were surprised when we returned the dining room chairs and got a hefty bill because of the stains. While it is true that we have children and those were dirtier than an adult would use, should we have washed all the chairs and returned them? I don't care if it was a red wine stain, it was just dirty. I can't believe it.

We found some chairs on the website and went to look at them in-store. There was a fairly good selection of items which were priced reasonably for their conditions. Stan assisted us when we arrived and he was friendly and awesome! He honored the online price for the chairs, the inventory was accurate so we got how many we wanted, and he helped to arrange them and tie them down in my rather small car. Thanks for all your help!
