        Ive worked with Ron for over 2 years and I still highly recommend him. I feel safe to be vulnerable and I've responded very well to the EMDR therapy he offers. He's helped me reprocess trauma (real or perceived) so that I can respond from a mature, adult perspective. He reminds me that my emotions/reactions have validity but helps me temper them so that I can build/maintain health, positive relationships. I am better able to recognize my triggers, regain sense of control/choice in moments of chaos and handle stress/anxiety. I'm pleased with my progress and I credit Ron for helping get me as far as I have. His office is calm and comfortable and he is a pleasure to work with. I was scared to make the call, but I'm glad I did. Thanks Ron.

      I look to provide support, solutions, and life long coping skills for clients. We are accepting new clients. It takes an act of courage to come to counseling. I look to provide a place where clients can talk about their concerns without being judged. I see individuals for a variety concerns including: anger, anxiety, depression, abuse, work/academic stress, medical, aging, and addiction. I work with couples to promote healthy communication, trust, and intimacy. I look to find answers and solutions to help your children succeed at school and within the family through use of individual and family counseling. I do take most insurances, eap benefits and do accept private pay.
