Our child's BCBA is amazing. However, we can't say the same for our child's former RBT. The RBT "E" (first letter of her name) stepped out of line with her questions to my wife. The RBT needs improvement with her delivery of questions, comments, and professionalism. She kept repeating that she has "four years of doing this (ABA)" and undermining our parental requests and comfort level regarding OUR child.

Brooke should be fired as she is a disgrace to human life for almost ending one. Caregiver should be the furthest title from this employee.

The RBT, Estella, provided at-home ABA services to our child for two months. However, after we vocalized our parental comfort and requests regarding partial & full physical contact, she did not want to compromise. Her demeanor towards me was very aggressive, and I did not feel respected, even in my own home. Additionally, the RBT, had the audacity to ask me if I had ever been abused because I am "so protective and emotional" over my child. Her comment was out of line, unprofessional, and irrelevant. The delivery of her questions and comments were horrible. Until this day, I've yet to receive a direct apology from her. She then placed her two weeks' notice and dropped my child as a client instead. Estella is too rigid and she does not meet clients at where they're at (comfort level). Everything is her way or she won't work with you. I'd expect more from someone who is supposedly there for your child and is supposed to adapt to each client's special needs/accommodations/goals etc.

I met with a member of the Arion Care staff at the SARRC Yes! day for Autism. I specifically asked if 1). they took private insurance and 2). if they provided in-home behavior coaching. I was told yes, those were two things they did. I left my contact information and was told to find more information on their website. I visited their website and completed and on-line request to be contact, specifically stating that I was looking for in-home behavior coaching. I received an email with in 24 hours stating that they DO NOT do in home behavior coaching. I don't understand the disconnect between what I was told in person at the email I received. Do better Arion, so that families like mine who are desperate for help don't waste their time contacting you.
