        Awesome customer service. I had ordered the window treatments for the master bedroom in a certain color. I changed my mind shortly after and called Sondra and Keith and told I preferred to have a “white “ color rather than a gold color. I left it to them to pick the right hue of white and they nailed it! JUST AS IMPORTANT, I did not give Budget Blinds very much time before Thanksgiving to get the blinds and install them but knowing how important that was to me they made sure I got them in time. The installer, Bryan, was awesome. He was on time and installed treatments on 7 windows in less than an hour. Because of the excellent customer service, I will be having the rest if my windows done in early 2022. Highly recommend and thank you.

        Very rude. Tom and Ginger came into our home during a global pandemic and Ginger was very rude when we asked her to wear a mask up over her nose. We informed her we have an immune compromised household. She had a very bad attitude and rolled her eyes at the request. We eventually asked her and her husband Tom to leave. We would never spend thousands of dollars with these people who don't respect our home and safety. From the looks of their reviews, Ginger's people skills have cost them some business.

He/they over delivered not just with the installation and great price but also the service - they back-up the quality of their product and installation.
