We are truly sorry for any delays and that you felt you received poor service. Our office strives to provide personal and timely service to our customers. After review, I could not find your name associated with our office. We did find a K. Sanchez if that is who you are referring to. Our office stayed after closing on a Friday afternoon to accommodate your need for Auto Insurance. We confirmed that you wanted the policy effective date as your renewal date the following Monday. After we submitted the application, you informed us you wanted the policy effective that same day. Once we submit the application, we cannot make changes until the policy issues. The following Monday Morning you requested that we flat cancel your policy. Our office submitted the cancel request timely and at the time of your call. We did everything that you asked of our office. Our Agency has no control or authority over State Farm Underwriting and the time frame it takes to issue a policy and/or back date a cancellation. Our Agency does not process the refunds. However, I see that your bank has returned and refunded your initial payment.
