        As an ex employee, I did not like my experience at Mosaic. The meals were always served cold. The management is very unorganized. The caregivers were all very nice and knew their positions and cared about the residents, but you could tell by the looks on their faces that they werent totally happy. Likely due to low morale brought on by the management team. Who wants to go to work and be miserable for 8- 12 hours. Not me! This is my opinion and observation.

        My wife of 46 years has Alzheimer's . I looked at a lot of places for memory care . This was the best choice I thought and prayed . And I was right . The whole staff has been great . I go everyday , they allow visitors 24 hours a day . I have been there during the day and into the night and have met and seen all of the staff . I have seen how they treat the residents and how they work , how they clean , how they feed them and what they feed them . I am so happy with my decision. I believe my beautiful wife will someday know I loved her so much to have her in a caring place as Mosaic Gardens Chandler .
