I live 5 min away, saw Van and she is AMAZING! I found a clean, efficient practice. I had virtually no wait (I was 30 min early with my new patient packet completed as requested) and had my labs drawn there. It is VERY busy, but I could not believe how fast I was called with results, suggestions, and new meds! This place is 10 stars!!!

Very upset with this place. I received a debt collector letter in the mail for $30 which is nothing to pay but fountains family care said they tried contacting me by phone and mail which is not true. I received nothing in the mail and had no voicemails on my phone and they told me that it is up to me to call and see if I have any bills on my account with them that were unpaid. No actual professional office I have ever been told has told me that and this is going to affect my credit because they cannot do this jobs correctly. Do not recommend this place to anyone with a good credit history. (Zero stars)

I have been seeing Dr Le for many years and have been happy with him. He's very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to your concerns and he answers any questions you have. He definitely is a great doctor you can trust! Nowadays he's a very busy doctor which tells you how great he is and how many parents trust him. I see him and one of his PAs (Carmen), and she's really great too! She herself takes time to explain things to you and listen to your concerns. I love they don't dismiss any concerns you may have and instead will do what they can to check further into those concerns. Dr Le and Carmen are truly the best.

I am usually nervous about doctor visits. Thu Van Tran has changed all that. She has such a beautiful way with people - putting them at ease, making them comfortable. Of course, her medical expertise is tops and you always leave feeling cared for and hopeful. Alexandra Cohn

Actually started off good when I first started to visit a few years ago. They have fraudulent billing practices. And good luck with calling to get information over the phone, I was hung up on 3 times while asking questions about my care, who does that! Anna, you are are incompetent and rude!
