Had to get some wiring to fix a turn signal. The guy found what I needed. But fortunately I was able to figure out how to do the repair myself. The average person would be unable to figure out how to do the repair. Ther is no one to talk to about doing the repair. The guy told me to look on Google. I did eventually figure it out by watching several videos. Would be nice if car dealerships would provide videos on simple repairs like this. But unfortunately it all about the money.

Been sitting in my car for 20 mins in the service lane so someone can help with my tire... it be nice if the service advisors would stop standing around Went inside to a bunch of advisors just sitting there. Told me 4 hours to look at a tire.... laughable

My boyfriend had his eyes set on a vehicle that he really liked after spending the whole night before researching and comparing. He scheduled a 7pm appt with one of the sales reps, but when we arrived EARLY at 6pm, we walked in just for him to tell us the car had been sold not even a half hour prior! Quite upset ..

Shady no integrity. Keep your receipts and know your truth. Battery died had the car towed and everything covered under warranty. So they tried to charge the battery and claimed I had multiple failing issues. Coolant flush, fuel interjector cleaning, break fluid flush. Totally way over a thousand for simple repairs..Having some basics mechanic knowledge is great.. battery was already replaced by Toyota I had the receipt with in a year. Service person was like we have to see if its still under warranty, like Im lying. I said dude I got the receipt at home and it is covered need nothing else but battery. He wouldnt answer my calls and talked through text. Guess what happened, no response then boom, your car is ready to go. Water pump failed and fixed new coolant too. crazy how I needed another coolant flush.. same with breaks and system. I have all that up to date. Hated how they the even put it in the paperwork like a fear tactic. Spoke to several people in line same issue. They upsell like hell. It was the assistant manager too. Makes me sad for the people that looking like life decisions was being made in line. Dont trust em or have someone with knowledge of cars before you have to interact with em.. save yourself way more. Ps I got the texts and receipts still for anyone curious .. oh also I priced a spare key at parts department for entirely they quoted me at 150 and bring it up to service to order the key in.. told service same dude.. never order it then when he said he is gonna order it.. theres a 400 cost.. was annoyed by the that time just said cancel it Ill look elsewhere. Why give a quote and dont wanna play whos telling the truth between parts and service department..
