    AMY is an credibly arrogant, incompetent and devisive business owner. She couldn't even complete a simple task like finding a pool service to maintain our community's water feature after months of trying let alone install our front entrance gates THEY removed months ago and NEVER REPLACED. She repeatedly colluded with our weak board members over and over to let them avoid violation notices and heavy fines. SUMMARILY BANNED homeowners she didn't like from her email server for god knows what absurd reasons. Runs her associations through FEAR AND INTIMIDATION OF HOMEONERS by disseminating false information. STAY AWAY.

Your devotion to helping us in every regard, especially the after hours work over this Holiday weekend, shows you are a company/team that goes above and beyond for it's clients and delivers on its promises. In my one year of being on the board, with no prior board experience, I have been blown away by the magnitude of all the little details that are involved in managing a community, even one as small as ours.
