    I wish I could have left this review while living there, but I was afraid of retaliation. If you're not dark complected, be prepared to be treated unfair by management. They will lie to you to get you to move in and take advantage of the ignorance of lease holders and those less fortunate. If it's a better living atmosphere now, I can't imagine seeing what it was like before. Please don't sign a lease with them. If you sign a lease, be sure it's completely filled out. Even the little details. They made a change in the lease agreement in their favor while I lived there, you can no longer receive packages for online orders to your home. The info how to receive packages was left blank on the lease. This procedure changed without a notice, please learn from my mistake. Some vendors and service providers won't deliver a package anywhere, but your home address and the office will not cooperate. I witnessed a member of management and a maintenance worker buy drugs from a tenant 3 doors down from me on several occasions. I counted more than 10 abandoned vehicles around the property. I had a problem with bugs; roaches, ants and mice that was never resolved. Management put a notice on my door about my pet being a problem barking, claiming animal control had been called. When I called animal control to investigate the accusations and ask for further info about the nuisance barking ordinance, the officer had no record of the several complaints management said were reported. Now that I understood my pet was never called in to animal control and understood the ordinance from an official representative, I contacted management. I offered to provide them video evidence from my security camera inside my apartment and display that my pet wasn't a problem. Management didn't want to see the video and didn't want to discuss the issue further. I was never notified by animal control or the management that my dog continued to be a problem for the remaining 6 months of the lease. What is a problem is when management has a big ego. They tried to use their authority to persuade me that my dog was an issue, until I had video evidence to contradict their accusations. The property has changed owners at least 3 different times in 5 years. In those 5 years, management hasn't changed. How does a property expect to change for the better when the problems still exist? Could the problems be from the way the property is managed? It appears like it is the problem, just read the other reviews, there's a problem with the way the property is managed. I have more to say about my experience and the experiences that other tenants shared with me. A tenant shared with me this, making me wonder if it was legal. They did not have a hot water heater in their apartment for over a week caused by the neglect of a leaky roof. These are just some key points from my experience. I would be happy to discuss more with the owner. Edit: The claims I made you say are false, they're not. Read the reviews that say the management are horrible people. It's an overwhelming opinion. My observations are just that, observations. They're not false. Where the failure takes place is where the complex is poorly managed by people who need to stop abusing their roles as property managers.

    Whoever stays in 1507 kiler apt 306 always was being loud. Her and her boyfriend are always fighting each other and I always smell weed coming from they apartment and I got really bad asthma. She got dogs they are always loud other then that the ppl in the office are okay just was my neighbors. They also sell drugs out they apartment

    I moved out because there was a neighbor keying my car, l asked For help to the manager she told me That's between you and that guy, she Only had to review the Camaras Footage but didn't want to help me. She doesn't even have a car she is Riding a bicycle.

    The customer service is terrible and the office staff is ridiculously unprofessional. It seems the 2 ladys in the office especially Heather have been there for sometimes and continue to reap the same consistent reviews in relation to their terrible attitudes, rude behavior, and unprofessionalism. They have a track record for yelling at tenants and hanging up on them. Be aware of the 5 star reviews from their employees as well.
