As a truck driver, I expect cars to cut me off at the last possible moment to take their exit. However, I did not expect TWO, "state troopers" to pull the same stunt, if this is what you are trying to prevent, start by setting the example! Practicing what you write tickets for (when convenient) cars and other vehicles might not have the idea that is acceptable!
