I'm on cobra, I had a payment required for the month of October of ~2500, their online system only pulled $2. I have had to make 5 calls about this issue. I am massively unhappy that I notified you immediately and all I've heard is I was the cause of this glitch. I had to manually type in the payment value because their system does not auto populate so I know that the full payment amount was entered. They've now charged me $2 twice because of the system glitch. Their team refused to refund me. Sep 29 - 10am Entered online portal and entered payment. Sep 29 - 4pm Received email receipt saying they only pulled $2 from my account and charged me $2 for the privilege of paying them online. Called their team immediately they entered a ticket, the system glitched, they could not stop the payment October 6 - 12pm They never called back so I called them. They are investigating and they will call me back. October 8 - 10am Called again, Escalating to management team, the system glitched and they are going to try and fix the problem. October 12 - 9am Informed their manager has been out sick, they apologized for that, they said they would give me a call back today (October 12) to answer the question of how I need to proceed to make my payment October 13. - 3pm Called again because I had not had a call back. The resolution was to have me pay them again and take screenshots.
