I used to work here and would recommend them to everyone I know. After todays experience I will no longer do so. My fiance went into Woodland Urgent Care with our 3 year old. After standing at the desk waiting for several minutes to be acknowledged, he said hi and waited again for some assistance, to which the receptionist looked up at him, gave him and my child a dirty look and went back to ignoring him and back to whatever she was doing on the computer. Not once did either the receptionist or the MA that was sitting at the desk next to her even attempt to help him. No paperwork to fill out, no asking questions of why he was there or what he needed to be seen for, nothing. Just treated like garbage for no reason. I would highly recommend staying far away from this clinic, besides the lack of care that these employees seem to display, they are beyond rude and completely useless. If you cant do the job, dont work there then. Completely ridiculous for someone to go to a clinic to get help with being sick only to be disregarded as if he doesnt matter. This place has gone downhill severely and I refuse to return, which has been the case for many of my friends Im coming to find out after this experience. And just for future reference, the women at the desk refusing to acknowledge him were Jasmine and Stevie, do with that what you will.

Came for a simple physical, they had 6 people in the lobby who all had 2pm appointments,, to see two doctors. They then said the doctor is running pretty far behind, about 2 hours. I dont see how you expect anything else when you triple book appointments. Highly unprofessional and disrespectful of peoples time and lives.

Absolutely awful! The Dr (Dr Barker) was fine- even related on a personal level as he's a former Apache pilot like my husband, but after an urgent care visit I was billed for a regular office visit. My insurance, which is Tricare, requires no referral for an urgent care visit, and pays at 100%. Because of their billing error my insurance is paying 0- leaving me with complete responsibility of the bill and rather than rebilling the visit correctly as an urgent care visit they would rather stick me with the bill. I've called several times both the billing office and the clinic. The one time the phone was answered I was told to just pay it because the dr "clearly didn't want to bill as an urgent care visit". I leave messages, including to the clinic administrator and they don't bother calling back. Steer clear- these guys are snakes and have no respect for anyone.
