I think you guys made a big mistake letting go of one of youre employees who did his job everyday, he was amazing not only was he there to drop off the meds but he made interactions with the residents and employees who worked at the facility he was delivering to. Always smiled, is respectful but thats gone now. Youre other people who deliver take their time and are slow. I can truly say he was great and you guys made a bad decision hope you regret it bc we all miss seeing him at our facility.

Kelsey is our delivery driver. He is amazing always does a great job. He delivers on time always. Kelsey is very polite with a positive attitude always. He always delivers a smile and a positive greeting. His work ethic doesn't go unnoticed. I am thankful he is our delivery driver he knows his job duties very well and is very knowledgeable. We appreciate kelsey and are fortunate to have him as our delivery driver.

I made a delivery there and they were absolutely wonderful and helpful. They do have a tight parking lot and no loading dock. But they know how to run a forklift.

I called this place because one of their trucks was going at LEAST THREE TIMES THE SPEED LIMIT ON OUR STREET.

Can you let us know where this was and when? You mentioned a truck. Are you sure it was a truck? Or do you mean a Van? We have tracking in our vehicles and I can assure you that 3x the posted limited would have set off alarms and triggered an investigation but we're not seeing anything that could be associated with your complaint. Please provide us with details so we can address this.
