        First: "Well be there Friday". Then: "we'll be there Tuesday, no need to be there" Then: "we couldn't turn the water on cause you weren't home. We can do it Thursday" Update: It's Thursday at 4pm. Just called to see why they hadn't arrived. They didn't have me on schedule at all. Complete incompetence. I feel sorry for everyone that has to use this poor excuse of a service.
