Beware of exorbitant policy increases after your first term and a dearth of customer service. Hidden fees and incorrect information abound with this agency. Great for the first six months. Not so much after that.

If I cold give zero stars I would. When we purchased our first home we called them up because we had our car insurance through them. They seemed great but now that we've actually had to put a claim in for hail damage I found out how bad they are. They never explained to us what our coverage meant. We have an extremely high deductible and another thing on the plan causing us to pay even more money out of pocket. I would not use this agent or any other Allstate Insurance company again.

The McFarland agency has been great to work with. They are friendly and most important, AVBAILABLD. They helped us lower our insurance cost. Our agent is easy to call with any questions.
