I worked with Madison Hawtrey, and I can not recommend her more. She was kind, professional, very easy to reach and work with. I've worked with other companies and never had such a great experience. I highly recommend her, and by association, TekSystems.

Every time I get reached out to about a position which is very rare, they go on a hiring freeze then I never hear back. I'm not sure if their clients don't want to use them or they only have like 2 clients. But they were not helpful with finding anything for someone who is qualified and been with them before.

I would select 0 stars if i could. Brooke W and Mark S lie to employees to get them into jobs that they know they cannot be successful at. They wanted an employee to start October 31st, even after that employee told them they had surgery November 4th. They assured that employee that surgery and post-op wouldn't be an issue and that they would let the client know and it wouldn't count against their attendance. The employee got fired on the day of their post-op appointment due to attendance after missing the surgery date and post-op date, even with notes from the surgeon's office. The job description did say you couldn't miss time during training (4-5 weeks) and that a new training starts every few weeks so the employee specifically asked to start at the next training to avoid missing time due to surgery. He was assured multiple times that it wouldn't be a problem. The job description also stated that if you have an associates degree you would be a tier 2 and get paid $1 more per hour but they refused to give the employee, who has an associates degree, tier 2 or the $1 more per hour. Stay far away from TEKsystems, at least the cedar rapids Iowa location. They have very manipulative techniques that do not benefit their employees or clients and when you call to file a complaint they are not cooperative, there is no supervisor to speak with and you have to leave a message for employee relations who never return phone calls.

I would like to forewarn everyone to stay away from seeking out/dealing with TEKsystems for any professional services. They lure you in with big promises, mislead you with false information, even hold back pay, when you call, you get no response. I have had the misfortune to deal with them, specially a recruiter there - Logan Hein. Please be warned.
UPDATE**
My post was taken downd on LinkedIn for telling the truth. I don't want others to go through the harassment that I have gone through working with them. In addition to that, they called to threaten me.
