        Would most likely be a decent agent for small insurance needs but I would highly not recommend for business insurance or a family who is needing new items insured on a regular basis Would go weeks before getting an answer on new policies, answering questions etc. for example - I called earlier this week and left a message to cancel our policy and to call me back as the message said specifically they are not able to cancel policies from voicemail. I did not hear back all week so I emailed his assistant (who is amazing) and she said he already canceled it and didnt even bother to let me know it was done! If you are someone who expects professional and timely communication go somewhere else!

      Katherine, we appreciate your comments regarding our business. I am sorry that you were disappointed and we take these reviews very seriously. I reviewed your account after seeing this and was reminded why we were hesitant to insure your home and business. You mentioned professional and timely communication. This is ironic considering your husband's history of calling and swearing/belittling my staff and myself - who wants to work with clients that use such foul language? Next, there was the use of an image on your business website that involved a copyright infringement that put the insurer at risk and the poor payment history that required us to rework your policies so you would have insurance. These are the reasons we were slow to respond to you. Thank you for your review and we wish you much success in the future.

      Heather, thank you for your comments and review. I understand your frustration from the derecho and the damages that were done to your home. Many people suffered from this event and we worked hard to get people's damages corrected, including your home. Unfortunately, when your boyfriend purchased insurance he put on his insurance application that you had cement fiber board siding when the house actually had asbestos slate siding. This is handled very differently by insurance companies due to the risk of exposure to asbestos and its' history of breaking. Thank you again for your time.
