Arizona Pool Keeper

AZ Pool Keeper has been my Pool Cleaning Company in North Scottsdale for about a year now. I was very ignorant to how I was cleaning my pool and adding chemicals was actually damaging equipment. After attempting to replace my own pool pump and water spraying everywhere, AZ Pool Keeper took care of my pump issue quickly, educated me on my system, fixed the little pop up things in the pool, and now I have less issues with dirt collecting and due to the weekly service my pool is always clean. Arizona Pool Keeper has been cleaning my pool for the past six months and I've been really happy with the service. Daniel comes every Wednesday and lets me know if there's anything out of the ordinary that I should be concerned about. He's also great with my large dog (Lab-pit bull mix), who he says hangs out with him now when he cleans the pool! Price is totally reasonable for the exceptional service.

I had been using another pool company since I moved into my new home becoming a first time pool owner. They had been struggling to keep the water clear. The water was always cloudy and the chemical levels were never stable. I had already drained it once and was to the point where it was looking like I may have to do it again when I got a referral from a friend to AZ Pool Keepers. The owner came out and assessed the situation including the history, chemical levels, and equipment. He made some recommendations for equipment upgrades based on what I was experiencing. I ended up replacing my sand filter with a cartridge one, converted it to a salt water pool with a chlorinator to regulate the chlorine levels better, and added automation so that myself or the pool keeper could monitor and adjust the pump timer settings remotely. It took half a day to install everything and to set up the automation and train me on how to use it. By the time he left the water was still cloudy. The next morning at 6am it was crystal clear. More clear than I had ever seen the pool. That was a month ago. It has remained clear at the same level and the chemical levels have remained consistent. Couldn't be more pleased considering all the bad storms we've had here in the past month. The quality of the pool has held up against all of it! I admit I don't know much about pools. When I hire a company that provides a service I like to receive an education and explanations and recommendations. I couldn't have been more happy with the entire experience. It was a lot of money to spend but a pool is an expensive investment in the first place. This was money well spent that gave me the peace of mind I needed and wanted. Thanks, AZ Pool Keeper!

Brian, the owner of AZ Pool Keeper has been maintaining our pool for over two years. I am truly pleased with his knowledge and professionalism.He is there every Tuesday morning. Not only does he maintain our pool, but he also does repairs and replacement of parts as needed.He is quick with repairs and is very reasonably priced. My last pool person only knew how to keep the pool clean with chemicals. Last year Brian totally drained our pool because the water was old and could no longer maintain the proper chemical levels. He also replaced our old pool pump with a new efficient one. Our house is now under contract and the pool heater was not working and within two days, Brian had ordered the parts and now has the heater working. We never heated the pool or spa since this was no big deal to us that it didn't work but new owners want it working. You will not be disappointed by choosing AZ Pool Keepers. They are the best!
