    I'm always surprised by how great the customer service is from Mid-Hudson Cable This is not the norm in today's society unfortunately. For example - spoke with 'Donna' yesterday regarding costs and potential ways to save on my bill - and surprise - I spoke with a human being with a real-life personality! What a pleasure. Kudos to MHC for 'keeping it real' and Donna deserves a 'job well done' from management!

    The new fiber opts are the WORST!!! No numbers on remote to go to a specific station. No back button to toggle between stations. It's the freaking WORST !!!. Hold off getting as long as you can, you'll hate it to. Not to mention tech left ALL the cables. Yuk yuk yuk. Oh, fast ? Cable says 500 mbps speed, truth only 76. If you have other options, dish, spectrum, get it!!

    The fellow with whom I spoke graciously answered all my questions, was friendly and knowledgeable. It was an easy experience for me to sign up. He patiently explained all my options

    They did not solve my problem with the large remote for my main box the TV and cable button has to be pushed for volume and channel when you only had to push cable button for both to work they couldn't resolve this. The price this company charges is to high and they just raised us again also we get channels that the voice of people skips and sometimes the picture gets distorted wish they could fix these problems their external except for thier remote. Also in the past not too long ago I had a big problem with the pictures on my TV being distorted they sent 3 workers 3 different times within a week I told them it was external but they insisted it eas my wires and changed the Jack's and replaced the ends of the cables and still had distortion then another technician came and said I have to change all the cables in my house I said I'm not paying to have that done so then a few days later mid hudson called me and said it was a external problem and fixed it.
