We called Hammer with an annoying drain backup throughout our whole house. We were lucky enough to get same day service. The technician (Ivan) arrived promptly and worked hard to ensure that our problem was completely resolved. *He worked quickly *He was extremely thorough in his testing and retesting for flow *He was super respectful and left no trace of a mess *He simply did a fantastic job! >>>>Ivan is a keeper!!! Our bill was very reasonable, and we will absolutely use Hammer exclusively - and we will always ask for Ivan!

Dan was rude and very unhelpful. He was refusing to answer my questions and yelled at me for "not letting him explain". All he did was give excuses and had no solution to offer to my water heater problem. When all is said and done rather than working with me and helping answer my questions he told me that they will not do the repairs and to find anther plumber. I want to give them zero stars for being unhelpful, rude and no solution but unfortunately the minimum is one.

We Carlos from Hammer come out today to pump and my sister he was very kind and professional to her we will always try to use hammer as much as possible but after this service I will only using Hammer for my needs for septic pumping
