        I booked a room on line. We got there and my wife went in to check in. She showed the guys she had a service dog and he immediately said we dont accept dogs. My wife said she wanted her money back and he said you have to go back on line. Super .com said no refunds. Beware!!!

        Definitely a good price for a quality stay. There are several handicapped rooms for easy wheelchair access to shower and restroom.

      We let the guest know that we cannot issue the refund on the reservation because it was made from a third party website. Also, the guest brought an emotional support animal, it was not a service animal.
