Great scenic views and lots of potential. I grew up playing here and was disappointed to see how poor the conditions have become. The course was super unkempt beyond just the water drainage issues that they inevitably face. But probably the most disappointing part is spending the green fees we did for a course thats severely lacking quality. There are 5-10 courses in the surrounding area including the tri-valley that are more affordable, with better upkeep, have better amenities (such as concession cart). I would love to update my review when their prices are fair or they improve the course.

First course back since all the rain and was terrible. Groups ahead were moving so slow and we had a group of 5 as the marshal thought it was a better idea to move faster. The fairways look like they havent been cut or tended to in months. A few holes were made shorter from par 4/5 to 3. And they aerated and sanded all greens so putting was giving us beach vibes. Overall not a great experience and probably wont come back.

Decent for a public course. However, much room for improvement: fairways unkept/not mowed and cart paths are nearly all dirt and muddy. Range was unique with a water feature and food was good!

Late winter round. Lots of fun, but fairways need to be cut, it was like hitting out of rough. Friendly staff

Hello,We appreciate the feedback in our efforts to get better. We have had some unfortunate weather patterns keep us from providing optimal course conditioning. Our small staff is working hard to get caught up and you should see significant improvement over the next several weeks as we get better weather and can apply better and even normal agronomic practices to the course. We are optimistic that things will start to take shape very soon and hope you will give us another try in the near future.Respectfully, Ralph Freightman, Regional Manager-Touchstone Golf

Hello, Thank you for the comments and I understand your frustration. We have had an unfortunate string of weather that has left our course in a less than desirable condition for some time now. The lack of mowing is not for lack of care, our course simply has not drained properly and continues to hold much saturation despite some breaks from the rain. As you mentioned, most Par 5's have played as Par 3's since the new year as we can't put mowers in fairways due to standing water. This is also slowing play as Par 5's are designed to naturally help space pace of play. Obviously aerating greens is essential to good turf growth and is a common agronomical practice. We share in your frustrations but are doing our best given our unfortunate conditions. I would invite you to come play as my guest in the future and give us another shot to earn a slice of your golfing time.Respectfully, Ralph Freightman-Regional Manager, Touchstone Golf

Thanks for the comments Chad. We are getting on those fairways being cut and are finally getting a chance to do more much needed maintenance to the course. Optimistic for a great golfing season ahead as we climb out of some unfortunate weather patterns that have really set us back. Hope to see you out again in the near future.Respectfully, Ralph Freightman-Regional Manager-Touchstone Golf
