Initially, the experience was great. When it came time to pay, I gave them my credit card and due to being deployed, my card was dormant. I was fighting with capital one about the issue. Almost two weeks gone by and I suddenly get an email from Beka threatening me that if I don’t give her cash by 1600hrs she would contact the police. I learned that she had already contacted the police which means she and that company are itching for a legal fight. I’m in Casper Wyoming heading to Idaho and she was absolutely unwilling to be flexible. What a way to treat a person who just returned from deployment and just recently retired 27 years of being in service to our country! I understand they wanted their money, but the way she handled it was absolutely unprofessional. The work I had done and was about to have done for my brother’s truck they quoted was very high compared to at least 4 other shops I contacted. They wanted about $4,000.00, but after shopping around, I was able to get the job done for only 800.00 through another shop in Denver.

They were life savers! My car broke down off of the exit and they were conveniently right there. They helped me coast my car down to their shop and even stopped traffic in the process. They communicated with me about everything they were going to do, including the costs, on top of being pretty quick. First car place that I have EVER been to that made me feel comfortable. Great staff 10/10 would recommend.
