We have had Appliance Medic out 3 times now, and have been completely satisfied with his work each time. 2 out of the 3 times he was able to fix it, the 3rd time the entire appliance was cost prohibitive to repair so we needed to buy a new one. All 3 times the price was reasonable and fair. He was prompt and on time. Communication was clear and brief, but he will fully explain things if you ask questions. Honesty, character, and expertise are what you can expect from this craftsman. Recommended. Services: Dishwasher repair, Stove, cooktop & oven repair

Excellent customer service from Darrell! I left him a message with concerns about both my aging dryer and aging dishwasher. He promptly called me back, listened, and then clearly explained his thoughts on what was going on. He answered my dishwasher question and then took the time to describe how I could test the dryer myself to see whether the heating element and computer were working properly. He saved me the cost and time of a house call and wouldn't charge for his phone time in helping me get it sorted out. After such a positive experience, Darrell will be the one I call whenever we need appliance service.
