Even though it was a 24/7 emergency service they said to call someone else at 11 o'clock at night. The operator was very rude and was dismissive to our situation. Continuously butchered our information. Basically refused to help us. We asked if we should call someone else and she said "go ahead and do that" would not suggest to use in case of emergency even with children in home

I just moved to Casper earlier this year. I got an older house that needs some updating. And I've had John come by a few times to help with issues that pop up. He's very friendly and knowledgeable. He's given me many tips and suggestions on what I could do since this is my first house.

I am very happy with this company. I called them with a bit of an emergency and they arrived within 15 minutes to look at the problem. The ultimate fix couldn't be done that day but Wyatt was able to install a temporary solution to get me by in the interim. They got the estimate to me quickly so that I knew what the pricing was. The tech that performed the work was helpful, professional and detail oriented. Finally, there were no upcharges or additional fees. I will definitely call them for all my electrical needs.
