        I took a bowling ball here hoping to get a name engraved on it. The people working where so so kind! They told me they would go ahead and take it and do the best they can, they said they had a spare ball they would practice on first to make sure they can do it! I needed it within a short time span for a gift and they got it done so quick and did an amazing job! This wasnt the first experience I had, but both where wonderful!

        Never had a bad experience! We brought our order in at the very end of a workday, staff was helpful and friendly. Only had a tiny engraving done on the back of one ornament, but I felt like my order was just as important as any!
