I tired calling to check price and if rooms were available but I called 3 times each time the phone rang 68 times before it was picked up and then hung up on. No one will pick up or just say can you hold. I guess our business isn't wanted even though we have stayed many times. I think your employees are getting to much for the work they are doing.

The location was convenient but spending over $800 on an awful, broken room for 4 nights was pretty excessive
Rooms: The bathtub was already chipped the sink was cracked the "chain lock" was broken

We recently stayed here, and were not happy with the price to quality ratio. The room was rather expensive for having broken curtains, a tub with a cracked and peeling bottom, and a very easily clogged toilet, among other things. The first night we stayed, all I could smell was sewage. Thankfully that did not last our entire stay. Staff was overall decent except for check in, we waited a good 10 minutes before anyone was able to assist us. Better to spend the kind of money they charged us at a different hotel in the area.

Im very disappointed in this location. The clerk has a bad aditud and she doesn't answer the phone from your room and lies about being available. The rooms are old and in need of a serious up grade.
Rooms: The power outlets are worn out and my air-conditioning unit made a loud noise. Bad investment for the over priced room.

First, the positive: The lobby is likely the nicest part of the hotel; our room was spacious, and breakfast is included. Now, the rest: It is a motel (with outside doors), likely built in the 70s, and feels it. Our room, though ample in square footage, was otherwise horrible, bordering on unforgivable. Furniture worn. The bathroom, and bath in particular, was an embarrassment to the Choice Hotels brand, and should be ejected. See photos of tub: disgusting, maybe condemnable by authorities. And the price we paid was outrageous compared to the actual quality of this ironically named "Quality Inn." Trust me--go elsewhere, maybe anywhere else, or sleep in your car! End with a compliment: I saw no evidence of bedbugs.
