        Matt Rice is a phenomenal pastor/speaker and leader who loves people. His discernment is impressive when counseling people. He spots a problem and loves you through it right away. He puts others before himself and will love you in a Godly way. He will take care of you and put you under his wing! Come to this church if you want to be discipled and feel loved!!! Oh and Pastor Rice loves PICKLEBALL! Would highly recommend playing with him. Hes very good at what he does and has a killer scoop shot. He has a phenomenal Pastors Wife in Dana who leads woman in the church just like her mother did at Apex Baptist.

        Not your typical church, but that is part of what makes it so awesome...of course, wonderful people that will truly make you feel like (Gods) family, and a heart-felt focus on what really matters, are key attributes as well!

        We love Northwest. My husband and I have moved to the area about a year and ago and were looking for a church for a few months, trying out a few other ones in the area first. The first day we walked into Northwest, we were welcomed and immediately treated like family. The support and community in this church are amazing. The "life groups" are great and I would recommend joining one to anyone.
