We worked with James Phillips and his partner Martin Galardi (TC Property Solutions) on building our new home. Initially, things went well with communication and professionalism but as we approached our closing that all changed. The communication dropped off and items that were promised were never delivered. We have had to spend thousands of dollars to have contractors come in and complete or correct issues that were never taken care of. We do not recommend Mr Phillips or his partner. We hope this review will help others avoid going through what we have and continue to go through.

They represented a (seller) in a purchase I was involved with. Come to find put the (seller) didn't even own the property nor was he on any legal paperwork for the house. They knew this and yet still allowed him to sign the contract and take my 2000$ due diligence. After 45 days of still no clear title to close they refused to return my money and acted confused as to why it was a problem.
