image Everyone was especially helpful and kind. They went out of their way to be helpful. The gentleman that checked us in opener the entrance door and our room door and turned on the tv to the station we asked about. The reason this was so special is because my husband useses a walker so it is up to me to unload the car and get e erything in. Then this morning when we left one of the ladies saw us and went a head of us and held the door open for us. Never ha e we received such service. Thank you.

image Room was dirty when first arrived. No elevator to bring up your bags at this facility. Originally planned to stay for a week while working online in our room during the day but they have a strict policy on coming in your room to service it even if you dont need it. Manager is rude and racist. They allow others to do drugs and stink up the hallways even when kids are present. The ladies that clean bring their children with them and they scream and run down the halls and knock on doors unattended. They told us they dont wash the comforter or any other parts of the bedding just the sheets. Comforter was dirty and looked like it had been stepped on. Ac has a horrible smell when turned on. Will not be back!

image The man at registration "Mike" I believe acted as if he was preoccupied and didn't want to answer questions or be bothered really rude. I received a room on the 3rd floor. We smelled something like someone was burning plastic. I had to put a "deposit" on the room ...I'm 65 my companion was 55. Ridiculous. Breakfast was sad. Hard little muffins and cold cereal and really bad coffee. I won't return nor will I tell anyone how nice it was.
