Had two leak in my slab, so I called a few plumbing companies to quote the slab leaks repair. and they all just quoted me the spot pipe repair, but this guys were way ahead of the other companies. Mark explain the reroute option and it was great brand new water lines with no breaking concrete.

Very nice experience with this company on getting a slab leak repair in my home in Flower Mound. They where very patient with me on explaining me my options for repairs.

House started flooding-no idea even how to turn the water off. Plumbing and leak detection talked me through what to do and had team out quickly on Sunday to diagnose issue. There was a slab leak in the kitchen They stopped the leakage then discussed replacement options. Were very upfront in answering my questions on pros and cons of each options. Wasnt prepared to make a decision without a bit of research first. They said "no problem" and left me with quotes for each of the options. Called my husband to discuss (of course he was out of town when this happened!). After a few Google searches on approx price, etc called them back to see if they could repair the leak. They said they were just called to another job but would try their best. Was already 2pm on Sunday so figured we'd be without water that night. 30 min later, received call back saying they could be back out. By 7 pm the slab leak was fixed Quick initial response, no sales pressure, same day repair, fair price, workmanship warranty - definitely rate them 5 stars. Now if only insurance/remediation services will go as smoothly... Less Service: Leak investigation and repair
