Management speak to employees very rudely. If you encounter a problem with an operating machine that causes you to have severe pain and you request to be moved to another machine. They will continue to move you to that same machine that you have been experiencing problems with!! They do not care of the well being of there employees and could care less if a machine is hurting you. Also not to mention management discriminates the Hispanic employees highly. Whats the point of having Human Resources if they dont do their job. Obviously all management working for this company need to be looked into because they are highly unprofessional.

This company is very unprofessional. They do not know how to treat and speak to employees. When a problem arises they are told Human Resources will contact you and they do not.

They have one the worst supervisors ms.waivey who does not know how to talk to other employees who are on the team and they allow her to pursue leadership. Also she will fire you even if you have time to spare all because she doesnt know your every detail about your personal life. Hopefully as a company they investigate this evil person who is causing a high turn over rate. I hope they figure out that she is making this company look bad and runs away employees due to her lack of professionalism.
