Smells really really bad and nasty. Mother in-law said the food is really bad and wont eat it. Now she is in the hospital.

I cant say enough just how awesome my mothers experience was at Pine Knoll.
I was so worried leaving my 92 year old mother there or any where! Kim was the best , just a awesome lady! and her little dog was a ray of sunshine for everyone! The staff never ever failed to Stop and speak to us . They were so sweet and kind to my mom. Cici ( ChiChi) the CNA was amazing. My moms roommate was having a bad day , ChiChi sat with her and held her when she was crying . It was so sweet ! Very seldom have I ever been in any place or business where everyone speaks to you . It is like one big family there. I thank them with all my heart for all the love and compassion they showed us all .

My family and I are incredibly grateful to Pine Knoll's staff for the care they've given my father. You can't put a price on the great care that's administered to your loved one when you're incapable of bathing, helping one stand, walk, go to the bathroom, perform rehab, etc. the way that the professionals at Pine Knoll can. The staff is very patient and kind and we are so thankful.
