I do not know this person, and anyone who does not give reasons or expound as to why they felt a two star was their choice to rate me, I question their own integrity or if they were even a customer at all.

The problem with Kayhan is, he told me he'd already gotten a haircut in texting. Then he said maybe just a little clean up around the ears which I allowed just enough time for his perm and a little clean up only. But it wasn't a little clean up at all, for it was definitely barber kind of work he wanted and I always tell people if I know in advance they want a barber's haircut, I'm not a barber. But this wasn't clarified In advance as kayhan said a little trim and clean up around the ears only. Once in my chair, I get something totally different from him which I hadn't allowed time for either. When I know in advance what the client wants I can allow enough time for the service. He had thick also, information I didn't get from him in advance, taking more time than just a normal head.Poor communication is what this problem is more about than anything else.If the areas around the ears were his only complaint, and they actually looked really good but he wanted something very specifc, which if I had more time I would have made happen for him.If he only had that one beef, a one star is very unfair. A 4-star would have been more reasonable.
