Breckenridge Apartments

Lived for 3 years in this quiet and safe apartment surrounded by a mix of friendly familes and SIU students. Landlord was well organized and always responsive which made minor maintence issues stress free.

I highly recommend the apartments. They are well kept and in a nice quiet area just on the edge of town and very close to SIU. There is EXCELLENT management : Harold is efficient, friendly and extremely kind. Always ready to help. I did enjoy the peaceful environment and so did my dog. We had lots of nice walks around the complex. My teenager son lived there as well and he enjoyed it. We had great neighbors and we miss them. Wonderful place to live

My wife and I lived here for two years. If you are looking for a quiet place that allows pets there is no better place in Carbondale. Harold has been the landlord for the last year or so. He is quick if any repairs are needed and efficient. Also very considerate to all tenants. Our apartment had a washer and dryer which is a rarity in town. Also nice private backyard space. Great experience. For students this place is great as it is very close to campus. Compared to other places in town it is very well run, private and quiet. Definitely check this place out.
