All-Pro (Capitol Heights) provided Excellent EMERGENCY service. My furnace let me down during the dead of winter and all I had to do was pick up the phone! All-Pro provided same-day service and did a complete installation the very next day. Excellent EMERGENCY care, Excellent installation, Excellent employees, Excellent care of my home. The installers worked like a fine-tuned machine. No talking, no eating, just working! New furnace and AC installed in one day. I am so pleased with their service and the price as well! 5 stars plus from this customer!!! Well done!!!!

We purchased a home during the height of the DMV real estate market - inventory was very low, and to provide a winning offer, you had to waive inspections and offer over-asking, which we did. Although functioning fine at purchase, we knew a day would come fairly soon to replace our heating and cooling system since both the furnace and AC and outdoor compressor were past their estimated lifespan - and the HWH, too. We decided to work with All-Pro with equipment purchased through Home Depot. The All-Pro Team was respectful of our home and property. The crew and team leader were courteous and provided good, clear explanations of their work throughout. We appreciated that they took appropriate precautions to put down cardboard and cloth floor protection before starting work. All equipment needed for the work was in their inventory. All-Pro coordinated to have a large team of installation experts available and arranged for the delivery and installation to be completed in a single day! They also extended excellent energy saving rebates and maintenance coverage warranties as coordinated with the equipment manufacturers. They filled out warranty registration paperwork and filed it on behalf of the customer. The team was great! This was a big effort completed in a one day - and clean-up was thorough on the back end; we were impressed. Five stars to the team at All-Pro Services with equipment from Home Depot.
