My Experience Was Terrible First Off They Didn't tell me I have to wait 3-4 weeks after paying full amount then they tell me okay we can get it Eariler but some pieces will come Saturday the rest Tuesday and you can pick it up we paid for everything including delivery worst place ever I recommend nobody to go there it sucks they do not know how to handle business correctly at all DO NOT BUY FROM THEM MY WARNING TO YOU BEWARE!!!!!

The store is pretty nice and they do seem to have a decent selection. The sales staff was nice and the couch we wanted was out of stock at the building. So I paid in full and agreed to the 1-2 week shipping, however it is now going on 3 weeks and we have still not received the couch and now the manager tells us that it's 3-4weeks normally for shipping& delivery. I was excited about the prices but now I understand why they are what they are. I do not recommended this store in Capitol Heights. If we don't receive our couch on Tuesday I will demand my money back and write another review!!!! So far experience is NOT A PLEASANT one with BELLA Furniture in Capitol Heights MD. If the couch comes on Tuesday no stars will be removed if not 1 star !
Final update, after getting person after person I finally got a manager who "spoke" to the drivers and the assure that our items will be in on Monday and we should expect delivery on Tuesday between 1-5pm. This was one hell of a pain in the butt to get a date/time set up. I am very please with the manager however no stars/ratings will change until delivery of the product/inspection. I hope this review helps as I am trying to to be Anger driven nor one sided, but give the facts of the situation.
