I called for an FBI background check only to find out they were “out of the office for the day” after calling back several times throughout the week and leaving messages they never got back to me. They are complete clowns lacking any sense of common curtesy. After need the background check for a job, they could not simply preform the task that they specialize in. Completely ridiculous! I highly recommend you go ANYWHERE but Buckeye security!
