    The program manger Tina Church has alliances through corrupt foreign business practice. I overheard supervisors speaking about not like employees that were in a “training” class saying they did not like people who spoke to everyone (supervisors). Before beginning this position I was contacted and asked to give my social security number over the phone while on a third way call.I was reassured by a third party background company true hire that I could email this to them if I was uncomfortable giving this over the phone. I did after I received the email contacted information.I was told since I was being difficult and refused the position was not for me. Once I advised that since I had provided my personal information and then was told this I would be calling the BBB and FEC about receiving my personal information with a reason. The call change and I was allowed to speak with just the rep for the background check alone. When contact again after the proceedings for background. I was told to show up to the office a man would drive me to get the finger prints.I refuse the ride due to this then a woman offered to take me. After being on the job training and over hearing the supervisors conversation. That next week Monday I was contacted by text message not to come to the office until I hear from HR. When I questioned the reason I was text another anonymous text saying it was because of my “finger prints”. When I advised I had several positions that required finger prints and was never turned down even through government positions, Notary, Ohio insurance department, or luxury retail industries.I was told maybe it was a the cause of having over 10k in debt ( which I did not and was never informed credit was a criteria for the position)I then was sent a screenshot of a partial message stating I could not work for ineligibility. I asked to have my credit report for discrepancy issues. The project manager informed me that because a third party was the client and that another third provided the reporting it was confidential and she did not know the reason. I still pushed for this with the project manager Tina Church. After a few days the report was email to me from Tina.I had already sent a email to HR for it as well. I then was sent a text from the anonymous number saying the report had been emailed. When I text the number asking who was I speaking Tina Church revealed it was her texting. When I went over my report the report said that I had a discrepancy for hire because of credit. A requirement that had never been advise when applying for the position. When I questioned Tina after going over my report. I again advised I did not have 10k debt so what was the reason for the position being denied and asked did they go off of student loans.Tina said that it was up to client to decide who was on THEIR account and advised she had an extensive education and she was allowed to work on the account. Still being civil I questioned Tina asked to why she would not speak up on the behalf. Tina asked I refrain from texting her anymore! Tina advised I contact Kim Massiloni. Since I had no idea who this was I had to contact the office to get information for her and find out her title. Contacted Kim no word back. I then contact the Client number on google for the account. The client advised me to contact their fraud department. I was then sent a another said to be confidential report from a HR rep with the company.After a week and a half of not being paid. I was texted again by Tina after being asked to refrain from texting her that my pay was not able to be process (I’ve had my account for nine years and know the information by heart) because it’s was given a error and could not be processed. I was then asked to put this back through the system again or choose another payment type such as pay card or paper check. When I asked to have the fastest method Tina chose card. During the texting back and forth I informed Tina I asked Tina about the overall situation. Tina said she would no longer help me and said to wait for payment through mail.I took the position as I previously worked here and knew how easy the call center would be. I was doing consulting work that required more effort in time fit medical billing clients. So to prepare for my first graduate degree took a less strenuous role.I am now receiving credit repair calls never received before. ( I only have student loans which, I am still in school they are on hold ) I am now receiving people asking to purchase property that are not in my name as of now etc. Calls I had never received previously. Steer clear of this place! This was supposed to be a simple position. As it is not recommended to work in the first year prior to law school or the first year in law school. I am now searching for somewhere to pay for tuition. I am horrified with their result in employment.
