I was highly disappointed with their customer service following their "service" for us. Will never pay a company upfront that doesn't clearly state what is and isn't covered. I called, texted, and emailed to try and resolve and no one got back to me. Would never use again and will make sure other neighbors are aware of our experience.

A few days before Christmas we had a squirrel bounding with glee inside of the ceiling, room to room. He wasn't the guest we were expecting (National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation anyone?) and we needed him out. I was concerned it would be difficult to find anyone with the holidays but Tom and the team from Northeast Wildlife Management were prompt to answer my call and came out the same day to get started. They have a trained, working dog, Wellington who worked hard to identify all the trouble areas in our fieldstone foundation. Within 48 hours Fuzzy Nuts was evicted and Christmas was saved! Thanks Tom!

We had to evict two possums who were leaving droppings all over our back yard. Tom and Steve responded quickly and the issue appears to be resolved.  Would highly recommend! Worth the peace of mind.
