      image I have a bank account here and have called several times just trying to speak with a person and it rang maybe 3 times and connected me to a banker that also only rang 3 times and sent me to a voice-mail that was recorders by a banker that said I could not leave a voice-mail, goodbye. Wth. The only way you can contact them is apparently in person within their hours. Hopefully you don't have a first shift job or else you will have to take the day off.

      image The people are always friendly. Never a line. My only issue is that it's so far away! I live in Peoria and this branch is the closest to me but it's 30+ miles away!

      image Update: I was able to contact the branch and we managed to do the thing I needed to show up to do.
      It turns out I could reach less than half the Wells Fargo locations I tried. To the extent this is a problem it is clearly one that goes far beyond this specific location. Normally I suppose it doesn't matteryou can just go to the nearest branch. But it really sucks when the nearest branch is a day trip away!
