Joel has been my go to well & pump expert for over two decades. Our well recently was hit by lightning and Joel was very responsive and flexible to work us to coordinate at the same time as other repairs. His prices are very competitive and professional service.

We have been a customer of Joel's for several years. His service has always been prompt and professional. The first time he had our pump replaced and back in working order in less than a day. He also repaired a hand pump for our cistern for 50.00 dollars that another local pump service had quoted me 1500.00 dollars to repair. 14 years later our well was hit by lightening. Called Joel, again fast professional service. Pump was damaged beyond repair. He had it replaced and my well back in service in no time. No doubt I will be calling Joel again if I have any issues with my well pump. I highly recommend Fosters.

I used Foster's based on the referral from the driller. BIG mistake, I should have used Rick's Pumps. Joel does not return calls or text. I have new construction and am having issues with not enough PSI. Trying to get my final inspections before the snow hits. Paid cash in full and this is the service you get. Stay away!!!!
