        If I could give Janelle (in central scheduling at STM) a 10 star review I would! She exemplified what great customer service is. She was kind, patient, and did everything she could to get me scheduled as quickly as possible. Thank you so much for being such a great human.

        A week ago I called for an appointment with my doctor, Kasey McCreight. I am a stroke survivor. My blood pressure was sky high. He was not available so I saw an NP. She suggested a bunch of tests. I was going to go them the following week. Next day I went to the ER. They said don't worry and go home and have a glass of wine. In 2 days I was back seeing an NP. She was unsure how to take blood pressure and I told her what to prescribe to increase my meds. I just called to set an appointment with my doctor. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude, put me on hold and when she finally got back to me with an appointment she said have a nice day and hung up. Apparently they are getting worse and if something happens to me either I or my wife will sue for sure.

        I would leave zero stars if I could. Terrible bedside Manners.. Overdosing their patients. Misdiagnosing. All the above. A truly terrible place for anyone to get help. Please take your loved ones anywhere but here

        Are they just handing out medical degrees now? Came in with covid, even took the test beforehand to prove it. I wanted to see what they came up with, guess what guys, they think it's acid reflux , and that only cost me 6 grand

        This place has let my 6yo daughter sit in the waiting room crying in pain for an hour before seeing her knowing she has a severe asthma condition. They need to be under investigation tbh this is absolutely insane for a medical place to do this to a child. If you can aford to drive further please do for the sake of your babies. This is sickening if you ask me
