    I started private reformer lessons with Kelli in March 2021 having no pilates experience and have been so thankful for this past year. Kelli is professional, knowledgable and respectful. I was nervous to try something new but have been thankful for Kelli's patience, thorough instruction, guidance and did I mention patience? A year into my pilates journey and I am so grateful to have found a gentle, effective and fun way to exercise - my body is stronger than it has been in years and so is my mind! The studio is easy to find, plenty of parking, clean, inviting and I always look forward to my sessions.

    Kelli is incredibly knowledgeable. I have been going to her for private sessions since March 2021 and in that time my body has gone through a LOT. I had unexpected surgery, my energy levels have been variable, and I had a nerve issue with my arm for several weeks. Through it all, Kelli was patient and flexible and never once made me feel awkward or self conscious about the strange happenings of my body. What Kelli may not even know is that before I tried Total Body Pilates, I had been going to group reformer classes in Tualatin, and I was literally asked not to sign up for the group class once my initial package had expired because I had canceled too many sessions. It really hurt me because at the time I didn't know what was happening with my body and I felt very judged, as if the instructor/owner there didn't believe me that "something" wasn't right with my body. Now that I am strong and healthy again post-surgery, Kelli has stepped up our sessions in a way that constantly amazes me in terms of my functional fitness. She has literally introduced me to muscles I didn't know I had, which has helped me USE those muscles instead of overcompensating with other muscles, causing strain and pain. Kelli not only understands the body, but she communicates with such precision. If a cue isn't getting through to me, she can always think of a different way to explain it. On top of it all, Kelli is a joy to be around. She is professional, bubbly, fun, and just a good human. I have never stuck with private sessions for as long as I have with Kelli because usually at some point it just feels awkward or I feel like it becomes repetitive. But I cannot imagine ever getting to a point where I want to stop my sessions with Kelli. She truly is the BEST.

    I started taking private lessons with my husband a few months ago, and Ive noticed a big difference in my body. Feeling stronger, leaner, and more in tune with my posture and breathing. We both really like working out with the owner. Shes so good with people, and knows what shes doing.

    I started with Pilates about three years ago when I was having trouble with my hip. My PT recommend I find something that is low impact exercise. It was life changing for me. The instructors are the best and are able to modify all moves to work with my body. I was even able to continue Pilates after having ankle surgery. They worked with me to do movements that included my walking boot. I have had nothing but the best experiences with Kelli, Kathy, and Amanda.
